Frequently Asked Questions:

 

1. Would it be possible to see the band live? Yes, we encourage clients to hear the great music for themselves. Funky Buddha has regular show case gigs which are a perfect opportunity for you to hear the funky sounds and practice your dance moves before making a booking. 2. How far would you travel for an event? Never say never! Funky B are a South East based band and discounted rates apply for more local events. Travel expenses are an addition although we try hard to keep the costs down.

 

3. What do we need to provide for the band? There is no need to worry about providing any sound or lighting, Funky B are fully self-sufficient and have all their own equipment which would be suitable for events up to approx. 500 people, (If you are planning a large event, by arrangement we can provide all the PA equipment for a small additional cost)

 

4. How long do you play for? Our standard set length comprises of two 1 hour sets, however this is flexible and can be adapted to suit your needs.

 

5. Do you take music requests? Funky B understand you may want to personalise your event and we regularly perform special requests however these need to be agreed in advance.

Just wanted to say a really big thank you for playing our wedding on the 28th May 2010 at Rowton Castle. You were absolutely fantastic and really made our evening.

I had envisaged the evening to be one big party and that's exactly what we got thanks to you, from my dad playing air guitar to my cousin's 2 year old son having a bop at the front, everyone just wanted to dance!

The music was amazing, especially liked the mash ups that were thrown in.
