The Golden Eagles are the U K’s first and still the most authentic Eagles tribute band performing over two hours of Eagles music in concert. Formed eleven years ago, the five piece band boasts four lead singers and twin lead guitars to accurately recreate the superb West Coast harmonies and dazzling instrumental work which made the Eagles one of the hottest bands of the 70s. Fans will delight in hearing again hits such as Lyin' Eyes, Hotel California, Desperado, Take it Easy, One of These Nights, Life in the Fast Lane and Best of my Love as well as newer material from the Eagles mid 90’s tour such as Love Will Keep Us Alive and Get Over It and now including material from the Eagles latest album, Long Road Out of Eden. The members of the Warrington based group are all veterans of the music scene. In previous bands members have worked with and supported mainstream acts such as The Who, The Hollies, Smokie, Jane MacDonald, Chris Farlow, and Mike Harding and appeared on New Faces, Opportunity Knocks and Granada Reports. From the start the Golden Eagles have worked consistently in theatres, cabaret and rock venues, hotels and golf clubs, country and line dancing clubs, pubs and beer festivals and have been featured on Radio Shrewsbury, Radio Merseyside and BBC GMR.
