Kayla Kavanagh is a 29 year old Irish Composer/Performer based in the North East of England. The music graduate recently qualified with an MA in Digital Performance, and is now recording her debut album, fusing her traditional roots with live music technology. Renowned for her outdoor gigs from her VW Kampervan, Kayla's unique musical abilities allow her to become a 'one woman band'. Equally at home on acoustic guitar or with a stage full of technology, Kayla's live performances feature numerous traditional and electronic instruments, including keyboard, electric violin, guitar, hammered dulcimer, flute, looping/delay pedals and vocoder.

Kayla is currently working on her debut album with Engineer/Producer Nigel Pease, with whom she also writes collaboratively on composition projects. Kayla has been touring extensively across the UK both in the Kampervan and live on stage, including performances at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Kayla is available to perform either original or covers, and have own PA and transport. Willing to travel throughout the UK.
