Essentially, I'm a 12 string player and this site especially features my beloved 1969 EKO Ranger 12 that I've had since new in 1970 and which is now tuned to DADGAD. I still use it for 95% of the repertoire. It was given a facelift in 2007 (See the 'Eko Restoration' section). Some say I could do with one too - OK...maybe in a year or two....
I am active as a solo performer and also as part of 'WildeWest' my duo with Alex West and which plays a mix of originals and US folk / country-rock covers by the likes of Steve Earle, Richard Shindell and Jimmy Buffet.
We have a good YouTube following and in summer 2008 were invited to headline at the QTUBE event in Leiden, Holland by our Dutch YT friends.
Until 2007 I had a folk-rock band 'Winbush' and which enjoyed a good deal of local radio and press reviews in Gloucestershire, UK.
