Matt Hutchison started life with music in his blood. Since the age of 4 he's had a musical instrument with him wherever he goes. Starting off on the piano and taking on the saxophone throughout his early teens, he had a wide range of influences including his older brother's vast cd collection
Experimenting with sequencing and producing in college led to Matt writing and recording his own songs. But something was missing... having been afraid from picking a guitar up for over 18 years, Matt finally decided to take the plunge and buy one..
After a few years of practicing and writing, Matt produced his first album 'come into my world', where his songwriting is portrayed through electronic based grooves. Claire and I have just got back from our honeymoon and I wanted to drop you an email straight away to thank you for all you're assistance in organising for Matt to play at our wedding two weeks ago. Matt was extremely professional, very personable and is an outstanding performer. We were delighted with all the material Matt played, in particular with the material he had to learn to play during the ceremony, of which, 'Better' I think was sung better than the original!
I am not exaggerating when I say that all of our guests commented on how talented Matt is and I'm sure he will receive many bookings in the future from guests who saw him perform.
In my opinion he is extremely good value for money and could be charging twice the amount we paid for such a booking.
